My Terms

**No website, no membership**

Sorry, I can no longer offer membership to those who do not have a website. I have allowed it in the past and have been burned. Thanks for understanding!

All terms are listed below.  I will assume you have read them and abide by them, even if you haven't. Any part of terms marked with * is updated.... 

Memberships terms:

Do NOT share your password or login with anyone else. If you are found sharing, you will be removed as a member with no refund.

  No refunds for any reason...make sure you wish to be a member before paying your membership fee. 

All memberships come with a tube license. Your member logo MUST be displayed at all times. If I do not find it anywhere on your site, you will receive an email from me requesting it to be displayed.  If I do not find it after 7 days of the email, your membership will be revoked.

Upon becoming a member you are required to join my update list through Yahoo Groups (found in the lower box on the main members area page)  This is to keep you informed not only of updates, but also so that I can get in touch with each of you regarding membership, changes, etc.  This is not a chat group, and will be very low volume. 

Sharing of pixels, websets, etc from Happy Bee Pixels with ANY pixels sharing site is grounds for INSTANT removal from HBP.  No excuses, no exceptions....Anyone caught sharing pixels from my site with this type of group will be terminated from my members area.  If you are a member of that type of site, you will be watched very carefully.  I don't like telling people who and what they can belong to, but I will not tolerate my hard work being shared to be ripped up, chopped up, or otherwise rendered to the point that it barely resembles my work.

Beginning November 7, 2007, at no time should anyone but a MEMBER of HBP make blank siggies, graphics, etc from my outlines and tubes to distribute later in a members area.  This mostly pertains to anyone hired to assist in helping a site owner build up her members area.  If "hired help" IS a member of my site, and the site owner is too, that is ok.  But the site owner AND the hired help MUST both be members here.  Be prepared to show proof that you are a member here, should you decide to hire or be hired.   I'm sure you understand.  I'm not quite sure why anyone would want to hire someone to do their work, but that's none of my business.  Using my work against my terms IS my business and I will revoke any member who is allowing a nonmember to use my work, whether for their site or whatever.

Tubes Terms:

You may use my tubes for personal or profit use, with the following terms:

* You may NOT recolor my tubes. If you want something with a different color, etc, just contact me. I'm always more than happy to do whatever I can for a member!!

* You may not put my tubes into your own collections to turn around and sell, whether it be tube packs, CDs, etc.

*You cannot offer tubes as is...they must be accompanied with other graphics (preferrably your own) and other content added to them. Don't just add text and call it good.

* Again, you may NOT share my tubes...period!!! This happened to me recently and I feel that sharing groups like that should be banned.

Licenced Tubes Terms:

At NO TIME should you ever recolor the tubes I've made from my licensed memberships! Even if the site allows such, I do not. If you are unhappy with the colors I've used, please contact me and I'll redo them to your liking. But the tube license I hold is mine alone, and I cannot "share" it with you. Tubes from my licensed memberships are not to be used "as is" unless otherwise indicated.

Outline Terms:

*You may color my outlines and use for profit or personal use.

*You may NOT change my outlines except to color.  Do not change a pixel or two and then call it your own.  I worked hard to make the outlines I've provided. If you want a different pose, etc, always ask...I'm happy to do more stuff for anyone!

*You may not share my outlines....period!!! If a group you belong to wants to use them for weekly challenges, etc, have the group leader contact me.

* I do not plan to offer ANY of my outlines AS IS...meaning you cannot take my outlines and put them in a pack or CD and sell or give to your members. I am really not much on AS IS, have seen too many people with AS IS offered, and while I do use them, I don't feel I want to offer mine up that way.

Updates:

I try to update once a week, but please do not wig out if one or two goes by without one.  I care for my ailing mother and there are times when I simply cannot get my update done.  But rest assured, I do update at least once a month. Lately I've been updating like crazy!!! LOL!

Linkware Terms

You may use my linkware websets as long as you do not tear them apart, add other graphics, or otherwise render them unrecognizable.  The link logo, if included, must be used and linked back to www.happybeepixels.net.  If there is a graphic included you do not wish to use, that is fine, just make sure that the set is still as is.

You may NOT sell my linkware items....period. They are for personal use ONLY.

Adoptions may be used as siggies as long as they are linked back to me.  At no time should they be offered at your site for profit.  NanaSueSue adoptions are exclusively mine - you may offer them at your site for adoption ONLY, using my link logo, and linked back to my site.  You may not profit in any way from them.

PURCHASEWARE Terms

Sticker packs may be printed out for your own personal use ONLY.  You can print them on full sheet label paper (one big sticky sheet) to use for scrapbooking, letters, etc.  They may NOT be sold ... period! 

Tube and outline packs are not to be resold!!  You may not include them in packs, etc, and call them your own.  They MAY be used for siggies, websets, adoptions, etc, for either profit or non profit.

Terms are subject to change at any time by me.

 NOTE:  I reserve the right to revoke any membership that does not abide to my terms.  No refunds will be given. I also reserve the right to deny membership to anyone I feel is not going to follow my terms.

SPECIAL CHARACTERS

HBP now has a special character section; in order to tube them you must hold a special character license. All lifetime members may request their license by emailing me. LT members get their license free of charge. If you are not a life time member, email me here and have your Pay Pal address and name of your site for you license. Special character license is only $10 and is good for ALL special characters for the lifetime of HBP. Included in the packs of outlines and tubes is a character logo; these must be placed on the page where any of the characters are used. Refusal to do so will result in suspension of account if a member, or a demand for removal from your site if not a member of HBP.

Trades

Please be aware, I have done ALOT of trading....and I'm becoming more choosy in sites I trade with. I have some memberships that were a huge disappointment (as I'm sure some might think of mine), and some have disappeared altogether. So if I politely say "no thanks" please don't take it personally. If your site is on my wish list, or I take a peek and like what I see, we're on!! Just contact me and we'll discuss it.
